Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 4 days since the date of delivery. If 4 days have gone by since you have received your order we can not offer any exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition as you have received it. It must be in its original packing and the tags should not be removed (Please note that if the tags are removed/broken or tampered any other way the item will not be eligible for return or exchange).

Chikankari is a hand embroidered work all the products are made by local artisans hence a slight variation in design and color will not be entertained as grounds for a refund. If the product has any major issue (such as damage, stains, marks) we are happy to initiate an exchange or issue a credit note. WE REQUIRE AN UNBOXING VIDEO TO SUBSTANTIATE SUCH CLAIMS INCASE THE BUYER FAILS TO PROVIDE UNBOXING VIDEO WE WILL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCTS.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange and return all sales will be final
Accessories cannot be exchanged or return
Semi-stitched and Un-stitched items will not be eligible for return.
We initiate the return/exchange of the garment only “once”. In case the customer is unable to attend the scheduling call, a fee of 200/- will be deducted for the next initiation, the amount will be duely deducted from their Refund Amount.

ONCE THE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED BY US, IT WILL UNDERGO THROUGH INSPECTION AND IF IT PASSES THROUGH THEN YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED.

ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLY ONCE.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you would like to change any information such as size, delivery address and phone number kindly reach out to us at support@rivazthreadsandco.com with the subject “Order Number+Revised Details”, we will try to accommodate these changes if the parcel has not been dispatched till then. Refunds(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
